I became the CD for RITZ in 2020, after writing on the account many times. I’m so proud of the work we did and the lives we touched. This is just a sampling to give you a taste. I’m also proud that we made it a point to only work with directors and editors from marginalized groups.

For privacy and security, foster parents aren’t allowed to post photos of their foster children on social media, which can lead to the children feeling less like a part of the family. The team came up with this simple but impactful idea: fun stickers that obscure identity but still let parents show off their love.
